These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") establish the conditions for using the application "nyoki" (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). By using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the operator regarding the use of the App. The operator may establish various policies, such as the Privacy Policy, which constitute part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "User" refers to all individuals who use the App.
- "Paid Services" refers to features that require payment, such as subscriptions.
- "Purchase List" refers to the feature that allows users to save plants and other items for purchase consideration on external sales sites.
Article 3 (Accounts)
Some features of the App may require account registration or login. Users must keep their registration information true and up-to-date, and must not transfer or lend it to third parties.
Article 4 (Fees, Payment, and Cancellation)
- Payments for Paid Services are processed through Apple's system. Prices and payment terms are as displayed in the store.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation and management can be done from "Settings > Subscriptions" on your device.
- Refund eligibility follows Apple's regulations.
Article 5 (Purchase List and External Sites)
- The App does not sell, manage inventory, or deliver products. Please proceed to external sales sites from the Purchase List and consider purchases according to each site's terms and policies.
- The operator assumes no responsibility for prices, inventory, shipping, returns, etc. on external sites.
Article 6 (Prohibited Actions)
The following actions are prohibited:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that infringe upon the rights or interests of the App or third parties
