• Information provided by users: Account information (email address, etc./optional), nickname, plant experience/room information (optional), inquiry content, photos and notes posted or saved voluntarily.
• Information collected automatically: Device information (OS, model, language, app version), usage information (screen transitions, feature usage counts, etc.), crash logs and diagnostic information.
• Information collected through device permissions:
  • Camera/sensor information (used for AR display. Principally processed within the device and not transmitted to servers)
  • Notification tokens (used for push notification delivery)
• Payment information: Subscription purchase status, expiration date, product ID, etc. (Payment processing is handled by Apple, and we do not store credit card numbers or similar information).

2. Purpose of Use

• Provision and operation of this App, including AR plant placement simulation, cultivation management, reminders, etc.
• Provision of the purchase list feature and convenience of transition to external sales sites (this App does not sell, stock, or deliver products)
• Quality improvement, usage analysis, troubleshooting, prevention of unauthorized use
• Responding to inquiries, notifying important notices (changes to terms and policies, etc.)
• Response based on laws or guidelines
